John and Margaret have granted for themselves and the heirs of John that the manor
- which Richard and Isabel held for the life of Isabel of the inheritance of John on the day the agreement was made,
and which after the decease of Isabel ought to revert to John and Margaret and the heirs of John -
after the decease of Isabel shall remain to Richard, if Richard survives Isabel,
to hold of John and Margaret and the heirs of John for the life of Richard,
rendering yearly 1 rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, and doing to the chief
lords all other services.
After the decease of Richard the manor shall revert to John and Margaret and the heirs of John,
quit of the heirs of Richard.
Richard has given them 100 marks of silver.
