Property: A moiety of the manor of Lubenham, which Geoffrey Rydel and Ellen, his wife, hold in dower of Ellen.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: John has granted for himself and his heirs that the moiety - which Geoffrey and Ellen held in dower of Ellen of the inheritance of John on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of Ellen ought to revert to John and his heirs - after the decease of Ellen shall remain to Eustace and Elizabeth, to hold of the chief lords for the lives of Eustace and Elizabeth. And after the decease of Eustace and Elizabeth the moiety shall remain to John, son of the aforesaid Eustace, to hold of the chief lords for the life of John.
