Agreement: John has acknowledged the manors and advowson to be the right of Eleanor, as those which she has of his gift.
For this: Eleanor has granted to John the manors and advowson and has rendered them to him in the court, to hold to John, of the chief lords for the life of John. And after the decease of John the manors and advowson shall remain to John, son of the same John, and the heirs of his body, to hold of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, successive remainders (1) to William, brother of the same John, son of John, and the heirs of his body, (2) to Thomas, brother of the same William, and the heirs of his body, (3) to Edmund, brother of the same Thomas, and the heirs of his body and (4) to the right heirs of the aforesaid John Neyrnuyt.
