Date: Two weeks from St Martin, 1 Richard III [25 November 1483]. And afterwards one week from St Hilary in the same year [20 January 1484].
Parties: John Cariswall', querent, and Richard Palgraue and Maud, his wife, deforciants.
Property: A moiety of 1 messuage, of 1 toft, of 171 acres of land, of 1 acre of meadow and of 3 acres of pasture in Garsyngdon', Chirch' Coweley and Temple Coweley.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Richard and Maud have acknowledged the moiety to be the right of John, as that which he has of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed it from themselves and the heirs of Maud to him and his heirs for ever.

Property: The manor of Chalgraue and 1 carucate of land, 20 acres of meadow and 100 shillings of rent in Chalgraue, Rooke, Berwyke, Oxford' and Cleyore.

Property: The manor of Henton' and also 1 carucate of land and 60 shillings of rent in Henton', Wynnale, Chynnore and Touresey, and the advowson of the chapel of Henton'.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Elizabeth, John Barantyne and Robert and Maud have acknowledged the manor, tenements and advowson to be the right of Thomas, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Elizabeth and Maud to the bishop, John Catesby, Thomas, John Legh' and William and the heirs of Thomas for ever.

Property: 6 messuages, 3 tofts, 400 acres of land, 80 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture and 6 shillings of rent in Curtlyngton' and Tackeley and a several fishery in Tackeley.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Thomas and Alice have acknowledged the tenements and fishery to be the right of Edward, as those which he has of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Alice to him and his heirs for ever.
Warranty: Warranty against John, abbot of St Peter, Westminster, and his successors.
For this: Edward has granted to Thomas and Alice the tenements and fishery and has rendered them to them in the court, to hold to Thomas and Alice, without impeachment of waste, of the chief lords for the lives of Thomas and Alice, and after the decease of Thomas and Alice the tenements and fishery shall remain to the heirs of the body of Alice, to hold of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Alice.
