Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: John and Isabel have granted the rent to Fulk and Margaret, and have rendered it to them in the court, to hold to them for the life of Margaret, at Pentecost and St Martin. If John and Margaret [sic] and the heirs of John default in payment, Fulk and Margaret are to have the power to distrain against John and Isabel and the heirs of John in the aforesaid manor. After the death of Margaret, John and Isabel shall be quit of the annual payment.
