For this: Thomas has granted for himself and his heirs that the manor - which Roger de Burghull' and Sibel, his wife, held for their lives of the inheritance of Thomas on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of Roger and Sibel ought to revert to Thomas and his [heirs] - after the decease of Roger and Sibel shall remain to William and the heirs of his body, to hold of Thomas and [his heirs] for ever, rendering yearly 1 clove at Christmas, and doing to the chief lords all other services.
