For this: Hugh has granted to James and Agnes the manor and has rendered it to them in the court, to hold to James and Agnes, of the chief lords for the lives of James and Agnes. And after the decease of James and Agnes the manor shall remain to Richard, son of James and Agnes, and the heirs of his body, to hold of the chief lords for ever.
