Property: 4 messuages, 2 carucates of land, 24 acres of meadow and 10 shillings of rent in Ayleston' and Bruntingesthorp' by Leycestr'.
Action: Plea of warranty of charter.
Agreement: Amice has acknowledged the tenements to be the right of Richard, as those which he has of her gift.
For this: Richard has granted to Amice the tenements and has rendered them to her in the court, to hold to Amice, of Richard and his heirs for the life of Amice, rendering yearly 60 shillings at 2 terms, to wit, a moiety at the feast of St Michael and the other moiety at Easter, and doing to the chief lords all other services. And after the decease of Amice the tenements shall revert to Richard and his heirs, quit of the heirs of Amice, to hold of the chief lords for ever.

For this, John has granted to Richard and Constance the tenements, to hold to Richard and Constance, of John and his heirs for the lives of Richard and Constance, rendering yearly 1 rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, and doing to the chief lords all other services. And after the decease of Richard and Constance the tenements shall revert to John and his heirs, quit of the heirs of Richard and Constance, to hold of the chief lords for ever.
