Property: 2 messuages, 2 virgates and 22 and a half acres of land and 8 and a half acres and a moiety of 1 rood of meadow in Thurmeston', Barkeby and Burstal.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Henry has acknowledged the tenements to be the right of William, as those which William has of his gift.

Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: John de Diggeby has acknowledged the tenements to be the right of John de Burgh', as those which the same John has of the gift of John de Diggeby.
For this: John de Burgh' has granted to John de Diggeby the tenements and has rendered them to him in the court, to hold to John de Diggeby, of the chief lords for the life of John de Diggeby. And after the decease of John the tenements shall remain to John, son of John de Diggeby, and the heirs of his body, to hold of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, successive remainders (1) to Robert, brother of the same John, son of John, and the heirs of his body and (2) to the right heirs of the aforesaid John de Diggeby.
