Property: A moiety of the manor of Morehall'.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Robert and Isabel have acknowledged the moiety to be the right of John, of which John has two parts of the moiety of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Isabel to him and his heirs for ever. And besides Robert and Isabel granted for themselves and the heirs of Isabel that the third part of the moiety - which Isabel who was the wife of John Haryngton', knight, held for her life of the inheritance of Isabel the wife of Robert the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of Isabel the wife [sic] of John ought to revert to Robert and Isabel and the heirs of Isabel - after the death of Isabel the wife of John shall remain to John and his heirs to hold of the chief lords for ever.

Property: The manors of Whitewell' and Hameldon' Parua, and 6 messuages, 17 virgates of land, 30 acres of meadow, 2 acres of pasture, 8 acres of wood, 5 shillings and 10 pence of rent, and a rent of 6 capons in Whitewell', Hameldon' Parua, Hameldon' Magna, Exton' and Empyngham.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Margery and Thomas have granted the manors, tenements and rent to Roger and Cecily and have rendered them to them in the court, to hold to them and the male heirs of their bodies of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs then after their decease successive remainders (1) to the heirs of the body of Roger, and (2) to the right heirs of Roger.
