James and Richard de Wysebeche have granted them to Richard Cayrous and Agnes and have rendered them to them in the same court, to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies, of James and Richard de Wysebeche and the heirs of James for ever, rendering yearly a rose at the Nativity of St John the Baptist for all service, and doing to the chief lords all other services.
