And besides Thomas, Hugh and Thomas granted for themselves and the heirs of Thomas Brounflete that the manors of Charles, Westhagynton' and Westbokelond' and 1 messuage, 1 carucate of land and 40 acres of wood in the vill of Walston' and the moiety of the manor of Courtesknoll' - which Thomas Kyngeslond' held for life - and also that the 2 messuages, 1 carucate of land and 30 acres of wood in the manor of Eggesworth' above excepted and the manor of Cleydon', 2 parts of the manor of Lassyngdon' and the third part of the manors of Farneburgh' and Walpenne - which Reynold de Grey the elder, knight, and Joan, his wife, held for the life of Joan - of the inheritance of Thomas Brounflete on the day the agreement was made, and which same manors, tenements, moiety, 2 parts and third part after the decease of Thomas Kyngeslond' and Joan, the wife of Reynold, ought to revert to Thomas Brounflete, Hugh and Thomas Beaufitz and the heirs of Thomas Brounflete - after the decease of Thomas Kyngeslond' and Joan, the wife of Reynold, shall remain to Edward and Joan, his wife, and their aforesaid heirs, to hold together with the aforesaid manor, 2 parts and tenements of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Joan, the wife of Edward.
