Parties: John Southayke, esquire, querent, and Alexander Belyngeham, esquire, and Joan, his wife, and Conan Belyngeham and Mary, his wife, deforciants.
Property: 4 messuages, 24 acres of land and 23 acres of meadow in Bysshoppotte and Stokelwath'.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Alexander, Joan, Conan and Mary have acknowledged the tenements to be the right of John as those which he has of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Joan and Mary to him and his heirs for ever.
Warranty: Warranty.
For this: John has given them 60 pounds sterling.

Property: The castle and manor of Kyrkoswald' and 60 messuages, 200 acres of land and 100 acres of pasture in Lasyngby, Aynsterby, Glastynby and Staffull'.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Thomas and Elizabeth have acknowledged the premises to be the right of Robert Loudther as those which Robert, Robert Chapman and Adam have of the gift of Thomas and Margaret [sic]. Robert, Robert and Adam have granted them to Thomas and Elizabeth, and have rendered them to them in the court, to hold to them and the male heirs of the body of Thomas of the chief lords for ever. If Thomas dies without male heirs of his body, then after the decease of Thomas and Elizabeth they shall remain to the right heirs of Thomas de Dacres, knight, to hold of the chief lords for ever.

Property: 30 messuages, 200 acres of land and 40 acres of meadow in Eston', Dunbu'gh, Fynlandrygg, Cardunnok, Bowenes and Boydon', and the advowson of the church of Bowenes.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Nicholas has acknowledged the tenements and advowson to be the right of Thomas as those which Thomas, Humphrey, Christopher and Ralph have of his gift, and has remised and quitclaimed them from himself and his heirs to them and the heirs of Thomas for ever.

For this: Thomas, Humphrey, Christopher and Ralph have given him 200 marks of silver.

Parties: Humphrey Conyngesby, one of the king's serjeants-at-law, and Anne, his wife, querents, and Thomas Dacre of Dacre, knight, deforciant.
Property: A third part of the barony and manor of Kyrklenton and 24 acres of land in Scoterby.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Thomas has acknowledged the third part of the barony and manor to be the right of Anne as that which Humphrey and Anne have of his gift, and has remised and quitclaimed it from himself and his heirs to them and the heirs of Anne for ever.
Warranty: Warranty against George Kirkebride and his heirs.
For this: Humphrey and Anne have given him 100 marks of silver.
