Agreement: John has acknowledged the manor and advowson to be the right of William, as those which William has of his gift.

Agreement: John has acknowledged the tenements and rent to be the right of Maud, of which she has 46 acres and 1 and a half roods of land, 2 acres and 1 rood of meadow, 1 acre and 1 rood of pasture and 2 parts of 2 parts of 1 messuage of his gift, and has granted to Maud the rent, together with the homage and all service of Alice la Fisshere and her heirs, in respect of all the tenements which she held before of John in the aforesaid vills, to hold to Maud and her heirs, of the chief lords for ever. And he has remised and quitclaimed 22 acres of land, 1 acre of meadow, 3 roods of pasture and the third part of 2 parts of 1 messuage from himself and his heirs to Maud and her heirs for ever. And besides John granted for himself and his heirs that 17 acres and a moiety of 1 rood of land, 1 acre of meadow and the third part of 1 messuage - which Idonie, who was the wife of Roger Gernet', held in dower - and that 22 and a half acres of land - which the same Idonie held for life - and that 1 messuage, 10 acres of land and 1 rood of meadow - which the aforesaid Idonie and Margery Gernet' held for their lives - and also that 1 messuage - which John le Smyth' held for life - of the inheritance of John, son of Ralph, in the aforesaid vills on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of Idonie, Margery and John le Smyth' ought to revert to John, son of Ralph, and his heirs - after the decease of Idonie, Margery and John le Smyth' shall remain to Maud and her heirs, to hold together with the aforesaid tenements of the chief lords for ever.
Warranty: Warranty.
For this: Maud has given him 100 marks of silver.

Warranty: Warranty by John and Joan for themselves and the heirs of John.
For this: Adam has granted to John and Joan the aforesaid messuage and has rendered it to them in the court, to hold to John and Joan, of Adam and his heirs for the lives of John and Joan, rendering yearly 1 rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, and doing to the chief lords all other services. And after the decease of John and Joan the messuage shall revert to Adam and his heirs, quit of the heirs of John and Joan, to hold together with the manor of the chief lords for ever.
