Agreement: Thomas has acknowledged the 2 parts to be the right of Hugh, as those which Hugh has of his gift. For this, Hugh has granted to Thomas and Alda the 2 parts and has rendered them to them in the court, to hold to Thomas and Alda and the heirs begotten by Thomas on the body of Alda, of the chief lords for ever. And besides Hugh granted for himself and his heirs that the third part of 1 messuage and of 40 acres of land - which Alice, who was the wife of Walter de [P?]edele, held in dower of the inheritance of Hugh in the aforesaid vill on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease [of Alice] ought to revert to Hugh and his heirs - after the decease of Alice shall remain to Thomas and Alda and their aforesaid heirs, to hold together with the 2 parts, of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Thomas.
Note: This agreement was made in the presence of Alice, and she did fealty to Thomas and Alda in the court.

Parties: Constance de Sc'o Audoeno, querent, by John de Wormele, put in her place, and Robert de Wyggetone, chaplain, deforciant.
Property: 2 messuages, 73 acres of land, 5 acres of meadow and 2 and a half acres of pasture in Chirchdylewe.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Constance has acknowledged the tenements to be the right of Robert, as those which he has of her gift.
For this: Robert has granted to Constance the tenements and has rendered them to her in the court, to hold to Constance, of the chief lords for the life of Constance. And after the decease of Constance the tenements shall remain to Walter de Hakelute and Alice, his wife, and the heirs begotten by Walter on the body of Alice, to hold of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Constance, quit of the other heirs of Walter and Alice.
