John and Margaret have acknowledged the manor and tenements to be the right of William,
as those which William, Robert, Joan, Edmund and Olive have of their gift.
Robert, Joan, Edmund, Olive and William have granted them to John and Margaret
and have rendered them to them in the same court,
to hold to John and Margaret, of Robert, Joan, Edmund, Olive and William and the heirs of William,
for the life of Margaret,
rendering yearly a rose at the Nativity of St John the Baptist for all service,
and doing to the chief lords all other services.
After the decease of Margaret, the manor and tenements shall revert to Robert, Joan, Edmund, Olive and William
