Property: 1 messuage, 190 acres of land, 6 acres of meadow and 16 shillings of rent in Wandlington', which William de Thornetoft' holds for life.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: John has acknowledged the tenements to be the right of Richard, and has granted for himself and his heirs that the tenements - which William held for life of the inheritance of John in the aforesaid vill on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of William ought to revert to John and his heirs - after the decease of William shall remain to Richard and Joan and the heirs of Richard, to hold of the chief lords for ever.
Warranty: Warranty.
For this: Richard and Joan have given him 100 pounds sterling.
