I John, son of Matthew del Kyrkeschag', have granted and confirmed to Henry del Kyrkeschagh', my brother, all my lands and tenements which I had on the day of the making of this writing within the boundaries of Whitffeld' in the vill of Hon'sffeld' and 2 acres of arable land lying in le Tunffeld' between Whitffeldbonk and le Tunbrok* in the same vill, to hold to him, his heirs and his assigns quietly with common of pasture, meadows and wood and all other easements belonging to the lands and tenements, within the vill and without, of the chief lords.
Warranty against all people.
In witness whereof I have put my seal to this writing.

Given at le Milnehous in the conception of the Blessed Mary the Virgin, 22 Edward III [8 December 1348].
